  • How are the lodges cleaned?

Each unit will have been fully cleaned by a member of our team utilising a sanitiser that has been proven to effectively work against the various strains of the coronavirus. New protocols have been put in place to ensure that all touchpoints and surfaces within the unit are effectively cleaned prior to your arrival.


  • What if I need to speak with someone on site?

You will be provided with all the contact details you require prior to your arrival. There will be a member of the team on park.


  • Can I order an online shopping delivery?

Yes of course, please advise them of your accommodation number when you are provided with it.


  • Can I invite guests to my lodge?

Yes you are able to have guests visit your lodge, though only those registered to the booking are permitted to stay overnight for health and safety.


  • Am I able to check-in early and request a late check out?

Due to enhanced cleaning procedures it takes us longer to clean each of the lodges. Check-in time is 4pm, though if we finish cleaning before this time we may be able to allow you to enter earlier. However, we cannot guarantee this. Please contact us direct to see if possible on your booking.
