Exploring The Beautiful Forest This Spring

Explore The Forest This Spring at The Sherwood Hideaway. The one and only Sherwood Forest is a mystical and ancient woodland that spans just over 1,000 acres. Made famous by the legendary tales and myths of Robin Hood and his Merry Men.

Whatever time of year, Sherwood Forest is always beautiful, exploring it in Spring really is a sight to behold. Explore the forest this Spring when the forest really comes to life. The trees are a vibrant green and the wildflowers bloom adding splashes of colour in every direction. The beauty of nature makes itself very apparent in the Spring.

It also brings with it lighter nights and warmer days. This gives you more opportunities to thoroughly explore until later in the evening, when even more of our forest wildlife comes out to play. You could even bring along some printed tree, or bird spotter sheets to tick off as you make your way around.

A trip to Sherwood Forest isn’t just a stroll in a pretty setting.
